i drove 7+ hours to look at a truck that i really wanted to buy i texted twice to confirm a appointment never got a text back. i get there and find out i can’t even test drive the truck i was looking at and it had more then one problem including it didn’t run a little frustrating and disappointing. Buttttt they were great people to work with they are not a bad dealership at all just need to work on communication is all. i actually do really recommend them they have a great selection to!

I would highly recommend purchasing a vehichle from here. Everyone is so helpful and willing to work with you. Cody helped me get into the Jeep that wanted and was very helpful with getting the payment I wanted. The atmosphere is relaxed and it feels like they all really want to help you not just sell you a car.

I first went in to RJ Hupp a week ago just looking at what was available and Cody was the first one to greet me and was respectful, friendly, and extremely helpful in looking at their inventory and taking me round the lot to see the cars myself. He was also helpful every day this week when I messaged about different cars and asking for different things always having an answer for me in a few minutes. He made getting a car an easy and simple process and after just moving across the country I enjoyed the stress free experience.

The entire staff was very helpful and accommodating. Zach, Jay and DJ were the absolute best! Along with being so helpful, they also used humor and kept the mood high during the process. Absolutely recommend 10/10!

Jay was very kind and helpful to my husband John Eastman and son Zackary Eastman helping them through buying a 2015 Ram 2500 cummings diesel as we are from NY and never bought from a different state. It was a pleasant experience I would definitely do business there again!

I can't thank Cody and his boss enough for everything they did for my wife and me. We came in with poor credit and only a small down payment, and honestly I didn't think there was any chance we'd be leaving with a vehicle that day.Not having a car had me stressed, depressed, and frustrated every single day. I couldn't work like I needed to, couldn't do Spark deliveries, and even simple trips to the store were a struggle. I had pretty much lost hope. Cody and his boss never gave up on us. They worked incredibly hard, explored every option they could, and somehow made what felt impossible happen. They even stayed nearly an hour after they were scheduled to leave just to make sure everything got done.Because of them, I drove home in a car the very same day. That meant so much more than just getting a vehicle. it gave me my freedom back and took a huge weight off my shoulders. If you're worried about your credit or think you won't get approved, don't give up. Go see Cody. He genuinely cares about helping people, treats you with respect, and will do everything he can to make it happen. I'll always be grateful for what he and his boss did for us. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you so much Cody and you’re boss too 🙏
